This utility manages all functions of your mail server including POP3 Mailboxes, Mail Forwarding, Mail Groups, Auto responders, Catch All Mailbox, and Mail Bouncer.

POP3 Accounts
POP3 Accounts enable storage and retrieval of messages. If you plan on logging into a mailbox to retrieve messages, you need to create a POP3 account by checking "Yes" for POP3 Account. You then need to enter the Password you will use to log into your mailbox under "Password" and "Confirm". If you have another external mailbox which you already use to check mail, we recommend that you set up your Mailbox for Mail Forwarding and do not set up a POP3 Account.

Mail Forwarding
Each Mailbox can be set up to Forward all messages to any valid e-mail address, local or external. Forwarding is totally transparent to the sender of a message, as it appears that the message was delivered as addressed. Forwarding is set up by checking "Yes" for Mail Forwarding and then entering the forwarding address in the "Forward To" field. Messages can be forwarded to multiple addresses by entering the addresses to forward to separated by line breaks in the "Forward To" field. There is no limit to how many recipients messages can be forwarded to. Forwarding top multiple recipients is called "Mail Groups". A Mailbox can be set up as both a POP3 Account and have Mail Forwarding enabled at the same time. If this case, messages are both stored in the Mailbox for retrieval and forwarded to another e-mail address.

Autoresponders
Autoresponders send an automatic reply to the sender each time an incoming messages is delivered to a Mailbox. Autoresponders can be set up for POP3 Accounts and forwarded Mailboxes by checking "Yes" for Enable Autoresponder and then entering the Reply Message in the "Autoresponder Text" field. Automatic replies are sent only once per day to each unique e-mail address to avoid continuous loops.

Catch All Mailbox
A Catch All Mailbox is a default mailbox that receives messages addressed to any non-existent mailbox and forwards them to a designated address. For example, if a message is sent to inf@yourname.com instead of info@yourname.com, you would still receive that message. A Catch All Mailbox ensures that no incoming message will be rejected by the mail server. If there is only one person who will be receiving mail, a Catch All Mailbox should be used instead of creating multiple Mailboxes. To set up a Catch All Mailbox, click on "Catch All", enter the e-mail address you would like to forward the Catch All Mailbox to in the "Forward To" field, and click on "Save Changes".

Mail Bouncer
Any message to a non-existent mailbox can be bounced to its sender with a customized message using the Mail Bouncer feature. To set up a Mail Bouncer, click on "Catch All", enter a small text message you would like to be sent with all bounced messages in the "Bounce Message" field, and click on "Save Changes". Messages can only be bounced if the Catch All Mailbox is disabled.

Symbols
Each Mailbox created with this utility is displayed with its feature symbols in parentheses next to the Mailbox name. The symbols used are as follows: P - POP3 AccountF - ForwardingG - Mail GroupR - AutoresponderFor example, a mailbox displayed as info (PFGR), means that the mailbox named info is a POP3 Account, with Forwarding, Mail Group, and Auto responder enabled.
